This is a step by step guide to integrating the two platforms.
Step 1: Connect your ActiveCampaign account to ClickFunnels
Log in to ClickFunnels and navigate to "Integrations", the top menu.
Choose ActiveCampaign from the available integrations.
Enter your ActiveCampaign API URL. This information can be found in your ActiveCampaign Account under the "Settings", then "Developer" or "API Access" menus.

Step 3: Create a form in ClickFunnels
Log in to ClickFunnels and navigate to "Funnels".
Navigate to the "Opt in" page and select the funnel that you wish to add the form.
Click the "Add Element” button and choose "Form."
You can customize the design and fields of the forms as you wish.
Select the ActiveCampaign List you created in Step 2 for the destination of the submissions in the form settings.
Step 4: Create an automation in ActiveCampaign
Log in to ActiveCampaign and navigate to "Automations".
Select "New Automation", then "Simple Automation".
Name your automation, and then select the "List is Added" trigger.
As the trigger, select the list that you created in Step 2.
You can add actions to the automation such as emailing or tagging the contact.
Step 5: Check the Integration
You can test the integration by filling in the form on your ClickFunnels optin page and then submitting it.
To ensure that the automation has been activated and the contact has been added to your ActiveCampaign list, check your ActiveCampaign Account.
These steps will allow you to successfully integrate ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign. This will enable you to effectively manage leads and convert them into paying customers.
ClickFunnels or ActiveCampaign should have both an active and inactive account.
Double-check that you have entered the API URL correctly.

Click the "New Field" button to add the custom fields you desire.
Navigate to your ClickFunnels account and add the custom fields.
Map the custom fields to ActiveCampaign in the form setting.
Step 7: Create a sales funnel in ClickFunnels
ClickFunnels lets you create sales funnels which guide leads through various pages and actions that ultimately lead to a purchase. ActiveCampaign integration allows you to track leads' progress through the funnel, and trigger automations based upon their actions.
ClickFunnels allows you to create or modify a sales funnel.
Each page in the funnel should have an ActiveCampaign tracking number.
Create automations in your ActiveCampaign account that are triggered based on pages visited and actions taken by leads.
Step 8: Use ActiveCampaign Tags
ActiveCampaign lets you add tags to contacts. This allows you to target and segment specific leads. ClickFunnels integration allows you to add tags to leads based upon their actions, and trigger automations or send targeted email messages.
You can add tags fields to your form in your ClickFunnels account or hide fields to allow for the passing of tags from other pages within the funnel.
Create automations in your ActiveCampaign account that trigger based upon the tags attached to the lead.
Although advanced integration can be time-consuming and complex, it can significantly increase your marketing's effectiveness and efficiency.
Before implementing your integration to live pages, it's a good idea test it.
